The narrow lower body is the detail that separates this SKU from a regular desk tumbler. It gives the cup a better chance of fitting car cup holders, while the 900ml / 30oz upper body keeps the capacity large enough for commuting, office, outdoor, and all-day hydration use.

Carrying and lifting become easier through the fixed rectangular side handle. Its open grip area gives users room to hold the tumbler without wrapping their hand around the full stainless steel body, particularly when the 900ml cup is filled.

The current image configuration uses a clear lid with a reusable straw and a color-matched slider section. Lid fit, straw length, slider movement and drinking operation should be checked during sample approval. Absolute leakproof claims should remain unpublished until the selected lid has completed the required sealing test.

Procurement records should use the confirmed material, size, weight and packaging figures shown below. These values should remain consistent across the quotation, sample record, carton artwork and final Product Schema.

Brand development can cover the cup body, handle, lid slider, logo and retail packaging. Mint, gray, navy and coral examples demonstrate how one body structure can support different retail collections without changing the core dimensions.

Logo position should account for the handle, tapered lower body and the direction in which the cup is displayed. Buyers can review available decoration and packaging routes through our custom drinkware options before preparing artwork for sampling.

Pre-production approval should cover body dimensions, lower-base diameter, handle position, lid fit, slider operation, straw length, surface color, logo alignment and color-box presentation. Vehicle cup-holder fit should be checked with the actual sample rather than inferred only from the product name.

The approved sample should remain the production reference for material construction, color matching, lid components and packaging. Samples are charged during development, and the sample fee can be refunded after the qualifying bulk order is placed.

Export packing uses 50 pieces per carton. The listed outer-carton size is 71 × 49 × 56cm, with a net weight of 23kg and gross weight of 24kg. Final shipping documents should follow the actual production and packing results.
