4. Fast Refund

Once inspected at our facility, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

1. Returnable Items & Conditions

We accept returns for standard, non-customized bulk blank tumblers under these conditions:

Timeframe: Request initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Brand new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Documentation: Must include the authorized Return Form provided by our support team.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)

Due to the unique nature of OEM manufacturing, the following cannot be returned or restocked:

Customized Goods:Engravedcorporate gift tumblers, specific Pantone color matches, or items with customized mold modifications. (Please review our Customization Policy for digital proof and sample approval details).
Final Sale: Clearance or discounted inventory marked as “Final Sale”.

3. Shipping Costs & Restocking

Client Responsibility: For non-defective returns (e.g., ordering the wrong capacity), the buyer is responsible for all return freight costs and customs duties.

Factory Responsibility: If the items are verified as defective or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, BlueGreenCup will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.

Do you offer exchanges for different colors?

Direct exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. You would return the unwanted inventory (at your shipping expense) and place a new order. This ensures accurate global inventory tracking for our bulk custom thermoslines.

How long does the refund take to process?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our QC team to inspect the condition. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (or credited to your next order balance) within 14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
