Custom Drinkware FAQs: MOQ, Samples, OEM and Quality Control

Available options depend on the selected model and components. Review the material grades, finishes, logo methods, packaging and any tooling requirements with our team. For a vacuum-insulated model, confirm the insulation target in the quotation and approved sample. Agree on the test conditions, including fill temperature, fill volume, ambient temperature, lid position, test duration and measurement interval. Material compliance documents and thermal performance results address different requirements; request the records relevant to your product and destination market.

Free samples can be arranged; customers pay the shipping costs. Confirm availability for your selected model, artwork, finish and packaging, along with any tooling requirements. Ask for the sample preparation time and shipping time separately. Existing orders follow their agreed sample and tooling terms.

Bulk-order lead time depends on quantity, customization, component availability, sample approval and the production schedule. Confirm the production start conditions and planned dispatch date in your order. Shipping and customs clearance take additional time and should be planned separately.

For products with quantity-based pricing, use the lowest listed quantity tier as the starting MOQ for that listed configuration. Confirm any separate minimums for custom colors, printing, packaging or new tooling in the quotation. If no quantity tier is shown, send the model and requirements for confirmation. Existing orders follow their approved terms.

We perform in-house vacuum insulation and leakage checks on every applicable unit, and customer sampling inspections are also carried out. Quality checks follow the approved sample and agreed inspection plan. Confirm the checks and acceptance criteria for the selected model, including materials, assembly, appearance, lid fit and packaging. Agree on inspection records and any third-party inspection arrangements before production.

Please report a suspected quality issue within 48 hours of discovering it, with your order reference, affected quantity, photos or video, and any inspection results. If you report it later, we will still work with you to find a solution. We review the issue against the approved sample, specifications and agreed inspection criteria. Available remedies follow your approved order terms and the applicable return and claim policy. Confirm return arrangements before sending goods back.
