Quality Control
Bluegreen In-House Manufacturing for Reliable Drinkware Solutions
Bluegreen controls the entire production process in-house, from material selection to final inspection, ensuring stable quality, reliable lead times, and peace of mind for every wholesale tumblers order.
Step 1
Step 01
Raw Material Preparation
We select qualified stainless steel and food-grade materials to ensure product safety, durability, and stable performance for every bulk order.
Step 2
Step 02
Tube Cutting & Forming
Stainless steel sheets are cut, shaped, and formed into inner and outer shells with precise dimensions, building a strong foundation for premium wholesale tumblers.
Step 3
Step 03
Welding & Vacuum Insulation
The inner and outer shells are welded together, then processed through vacuum insulation technology to improve heat retention for every insulated tumbler cup.
Step 4
Step 04
Surface Treatment
Each cup goes through polishing, powder coating, spraying, or printing to create smooth finishes, vibrant colors, and customized looks for brand-ready drinkware.
Step 5
Step 05
Quality Inspection
We inspect appearance, sealing, vacuum performance, and coating quality to ensure consistent standards before packaging every finished tumbler.
Step 6
Step 06
Packaging & Shipment
Products are carefully packed, labeled, and prepared for delivery, supporting efficient export service for global custom drinkware partners.
Our 4-Step Inspection Process
Rigorous quality control for every vessel. We don't just manufacture; we verify excellence.
Spectrometer Analysis
Spectrometer Analysis for Stainless Steel
1. IQC: Material Verification
We strictly control the source of our food grade stainless steel. Before entering our warehouse, every coil of raw material undergoes Spectrometer Analysis.
  • Composition Check: Verifying correct Nickel/Chromium ratios for the SUS304 (18/8) standard.
  • Safety: Ensuring all materials are 100% Lead-free and BPA-free.

Vacuum Insulation Test
Vacuum Insulation Testing Line
2. 100% Vacuum Insulation Test
The core value of any premium vessel is heat retention. Unlike some competitors who rely on random sampling, we test the double wall vacuum insulation of every single unit.
  • Method: Automated temperature sensing line.
  • Rejection Criteria: Any cup showing heat transfer to the outer wall is instantly rejected.
This guarantees your customers never receive a defective"sweating" product.
Coating Test
Cross-cut Adhesion Test
3. Coating & Logo Durability
For clients designing custom logo tumblers, brand image is everything. We perform destructive tests to ensure extreme longevity.
  • Cross-Cut Test: Verifying powder coating adhesion using industry-standard 3M tape protocols.
  • Dishwasher Test: Simulating 20+ harsh wash cycles to ensure branding never fades or peels.
FQC
Final Quality Control Check
4. FQC & Pre-Shipment
Our Final Quality Control follows the rigorous AQL 2.5 (Major) / 4.0 (Minor) standard. We thoroughly check packaging, barcodes, and cleanliness before your commercial orders leave the facility.
  • Drop Test: Simulating shipping impacts from a 1-meter height.
  • Leak-Proof Test: Shaking tests with boiling water to verify silicone seal integrity.
In-House Lab Testing Standards
We validate our manufacturing precision with hard data to ensure flawless mass production order deliveries.
Thermal Performance Test

Standard: BS EN 12546-1:2000

Procedure: Filled with 95°C water. After 24 hours, temperature must remain above 55°C (depending on capacity).

Material Composition Analysis

Focus: Validating stainless steel cups

Procedure: Spectrometer analysis for every batch of raw material to ensure Ni/Cr content strictly complies with SUS304 standards.

Quality Control: Quality control should be tied to the approved sample and written specification. Define the checks required for incoming materials, assembly, leakage, insulation where applicable, finish, logo, packaging and carton marks, then agree how inspection records and exceptions will be handled before shipment.

Coating Adhesion (Cross-Cut)

Standard:ISO 2409

Procedure: Cutting a grid pattern into the coating, applying tape, and removing. Grade 0 (no detachment) is required.

Leakage Proof Test

Frequency: 100% Inspection

Procedure: Tumblers are filled with hot water, inverted, and shaken vigorously. Zero leakage allowed.
