Automated cutters prepare steel tubes to the lengths specified for the approved product design. Dimensions and tolerances are confirmed during sampling and checked against the agreed production requirements.

Hydroforming Expansion

Hydroforming expands approved steel tubes into precise inner liners and ergonomic outer shells. Material grade should be confirmed by component before forming. Buyers can compare 304 and 316 grades against the intended beverage, market, and cost target before sample approval.

High-Vacuum Insulation

Air is extracted from the space between the inner and outer walls to form the vacuum insulation layer. Thermal performance is assessed under the test conditions agreed for the approved sample, including fill temperature, ambient temperature, duration and lid configuration.
