ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between your company and the Site. By accessing our platform to browse or order wholesale customizable tumblers, you agree to be legally bound by these conditions.

ACCEPTANCE & CAPABILITY
By initiating an order, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of your business with the legal capacity to enter into commercial contracts. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not proceed with the transaction.

FACTORY PRICING
All prices provided via official quotations are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are strictly Ex-Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) unless a different Incoterm is explicitly stated in your formal Proforma Invoice. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT TERMS—OEM ORDERS
We accept secure bank transfers (T/T) and verified Letters of Credit (L/C) for specific high-volume contracts. Mass production for your orders, whether standard designs or travel coffee mugs bulk, will only commence upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit (typically 30%).

MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES
In industrial mass production, slight variations in color matching (within an acceptable Delta E range) and dimensions may occur. These standard manufacturing tolerances do not constitute a defect.

LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY
We warrant that every vacuum stainless steel bottle produced will be free from critical defects in materials and workmanship under standard AQL testing. We guarantee the material integrity, confirming the use of authentic 18-8 stainless steel. This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement or credit of defective units and does not cover logistics mishandling.

COMPETITIVE QUOTES
As one of the premier tumbler manufacturers, we strive to offer the most competitive factory-direct pricing in the industry. If you receive a lower official quote for an identical specification from another verified water bottle wholesale supplier, present it to us. We will review the specs and endeavor to match or beat that pricing.

15-DAY QUALITY ASSURANCE CLAIM WINDOW
Unlike retail guarantees, B2B orders are custom manufactured. If you discover manufacturing defects upon receiving your bulk shipment, you must submit a formal claim with photographic evidence within 15 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in international trade laws. Your continued engagement with our facility, whether ordering standard blanks or complex tumblers with handles in bulk, constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms. For customized OEM contracts, the specific terms outlined in your signed Manufacturing Agreement will supersede these website terms.
