This model is built around a compact 12oz capacity, equal to approximately 355ml. It measures 9 × 12.5cm and weighs 195g before filling, making it substantially shorter than the large handled tumblers commonly used for all-day hydration.

No verified insulation duration or universal leakproof result has been supplied. Any thermal or leakage claim should therefore be based on the final lid assembly and an agreed test method before publication.

The compact body is intended for shorter drinking occasions rather than maximum capacity. It can be positioned for office coffee, tea breaks, meetings, short commutes, reception areas, event refreshments and compact gift sets where a 30oz or 40oz tumbler would feel excessive.

The handle folds into the lid when not required and lifts to create a defined carrying point. Users can pick up the cup without wrapping a full hand around a warm or cold body, although drinking-temperature suitability should still be confirmed for the final lid and material configuration.

The silicone base addresses another small but familiar problem: lightweight cups can slide or make noise on smooth desks and counters. Its pad adds contact beneath the cup, but the finished sample should still be checked for adhesion, flatness and resistance to normal desk movement.

The lid contributes more than one visual element: the handle, drinking tab, surrounding rim and cup body can create either a coordinated or contrasting color arrangement. This gives buyers room to develop office, café, gift and lifestyle versions without changing the compact cup shape.

Potential project options include the body color, lid components, logo position and individual packaging. Available printing areas, color-matching tolerances and lid combinations must be confirmed through Bluegreen Drinkware's custom drinkware development service. Structural lid changes or new tooling should be quoted separately rather than assumed to be included in the 1000pcs MOQ.

The lid should be approved as a complete assembly, not only by its appearance. Sample photos should show the handle in both raised and folded positions, the direct-drink opening, closure tab, lid underside, gasket, cup rim, silicone base and proposed logo area.

Useful approval points include handle movement, hinge alignment, opening force, drinking comfort, lid fit, gasket placement, base-pad adhesion and leakage under an agreed orientation and duration. These checks can be aligned with Bluegreen Drinkware's product and packaging quality-control process.

Buyers may also request an available material declaration identifying the 304 stainless steel inner liner and 201 stainless steel outer shell. The approved sample and photographs should remain the reference for color, lid assembly and production appearance.

The current bulk packing specification is 50pcs per carton. Each carton measures 48 × 48 × 28cm, with a listed net weight of 10kg and gross weight of 12.5kg. These values should be reconfirmed after the final individual packaging and accessories are selected.

Because the handle and drinking tab contain moving parts, the individual packing method should prevent pressure on the lid during transport. Buyers should specify whether the project requires a protective bag, plain box, printed gift box, insert, barcode, instruction card or retail label.

For gift and e-commerce programs, request a packed-sample photo showing the cup orientation, lid protection and available space around the handle. Any drop-test requirement or destination-specific carton marking should be stated before packaging approval.

A complete RFQ should state the required quantity above the 1000pcs MOQ, destination country, body color, lid colors, logo file, printing method, packaging style and target delivery date.
